[Mimedefang] Yet another problem with MD 2.60 and sendmail 8.14.0.

I linked MIMEDefang 2.60 with sendmail 8.14.0's libmilter but it refuses to 
start. Instead, it produces the following message on the console:

Starting mimedefang:   /usr/local/bin/mimedefang: smfi_register failed

There is no such problem if I link MD 2.60 with 8.13.8 libmilter and, 
surprisingly, it works with sendmail 8.14.0. BTW, MD 2.59 linked with 8.13.8 
libmilter also works with sendmail 8.14.0.

My system/kernel are: ubuntu 2.6.15-27-server and the binaries look as 
foillows:
