[Mimedefang] SA temp files not removed

Yes, it's a bug in MIMEDefang.  We have a patch:

I have been meaning to release a new version of MIMEDefang, but it's
currently in flux because we are working on many other things too.
I'll try to release a 2.63 that just has the above patch, though.
