[Mimedefang] smfi_chgheader returned MI_FAILURE

Actually, I confirmed this.  If the Preferences line is split into 2 
lines, due to it being more > 1000 characters, mimedefang hangs or 
something similar, and that's why sendmail times out after 1 minute.  If 
I remove the preferences line, the message gets delivered without a 
problem. - Mark
