Hm, there is no reason filter_relay can't delay, the code just happens
to live inside a function that is commented-out at that point. Hm,
in fact, the perl part (mimedefang.pl) _does_ expect a regular
5-item return, but the C code only uses the first two.
It should be very easy to fix, and then we can implement greetpause
from within MD. (That is, if sendmail does what I expect it would do,
I haven't tested it yet, nor looked at the sendmail source).
