At the very least, change this to:
lynx --dump http://www.trustedsource.org/query.php?q=${IP} \
| awk '/Current reputation/ { print $NF }'
Even with this, it is a rather poor interface for an antispam tool.
Somebody probably needs to look up how to use LWP and convert this code
to Perl.
