Unless they've changed it in newer versions, that isn't even *possible* 
with Outlook.  The best you can do is copy and paste the headers into 
the same message with the forward.  Not to mention the non-intuitive 
hoops you have to jump through just to find the headers in the first 
place. Open the message in its own window, then look at View->Options?

It's as if Microsoft decided users would never need to deal with mail 
from outside organizations and made an ActiveEffort(tm) to remove any 
vestiges of SMTP.
