[Mimedefang] Content-type charset

Hi!

Is it possible to set the conten-type charset, if this
is not set by the client.

For example, if a client send an e-mail without the content-type,
then mimedefang shall add a default conten-type charset, for
example  charset="iso-8859-1".

Is this possible ?
If yes, how ?
