[Mimedefang] [MIME-Tools] can't extract message body

I'm experiencing a problem with extracting mail body.

When being called in filter_begin,  $entity->bodyhandle() returns undef
on every message. Those of "Content-Type: text/plain" make no exclusion.

Surprises just begin here. The same text/plain messages are claimed to
be "multipart/mixed" if being examined with both $entity->mime_type and
$entity->effective_type. At the same time, $entity->parts seems to be
zero-membered array.

I definitely need your help.
