[Mimedefang] rDNS weirdness in MdF

This host has a PTR but no corresponding A record.  That fails.

$ host 207.220.83.13
13.83.220.207.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer host13.mainsequence.net.
$ host host13.mainsequence.net
Host host13.mainsequence.net not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
