[Mimedefang] MIMEDefang 2.57 is Released

I'm unable to build MD 2.57 on the two of our relay machines that run
FreeBSD 4-stable (gcc 2.95.4).  I get the following error:

Is this something that's correctable in the code, or do I just need to
make time for updating those machines?  (It does build fine on one other
machine in the relay cluster that's running FreeBSD 5-stable with gcc
3.4.2.)
