Are you using a lot of extra SpamAssassin rules?  If so, 256MB will
not be enough RAM for a production server.  (Even if you aren't using
a lot of SA rules, 256MB is probably too little for a SA/MIMEDefang box
unless your mail volume is very, very low.)
