[Mimedefang] [OT] SpamAssassin 3.1.3 released - security updates

Note that the security updates only affect you if you're using spamd.
If you're using the typical MIMEDefang/SpamAssassin integration method,
you're not vulnerable.

Those of you using Mathhew Van Eerde's MIMEDefang/spamc technique at
http://www.mimedefang.org/kwiki/index.cgi?SpamassassinSpamcSpamd
should probably upgrasde.
