Should I worry and be doing something? And if so, what should be done? I
use 
the RPM to install, so I'm not sure if that would be a problem with what
you 
all are talking about or not.

If your on linux, look for file refs on /proc/MIMEDEFANG_MAIN_PID/fd/ .
I don't believe most distros ship with Embedded perl enabled, but I do
not run anything myself RPM based if I can help it.
