[Mimedefang] $Sender without '<' and '>'

Hi Steffen, Michael and John,
many thanks for all your comments.

I was searching info about the $Sender variable in the manpage but didn't
found that info. The $sender variable passed to filter_sender have a nive
advice, it seems to apply to $Sender as well.

Already patched my filter, thanks
