I have set "MX_RECIPIENT_CHECK=yes" in my sysconfig/mimedefang file and the 
filter_recipient filter works. It  just doesn't log anything. I had tried 
the single quotes earlier, but either seems to be accepted. Moving the 
md_syslog into the "if" loop seems like a better place for it since I 
reference $relay in the output. But I think this is just prettyness and 
correctness. I will move it.
