Try changing "info" to "emerg", and see if that fixes it. If it does,
it's a syslog issue, not a mimedefang issue.

On my system, something like:
DATE TIME HOSTNAME sm-mta[PID]: QUEUEID: Milter: to=<TOADDR>,
reject=CODE EXTCODE MESSAGE
... but I'd suggest you force a reject somehow via telnet to port 25 on your
test system, and inspect the logs (you DO have a test system, don't you?)
