[Mimedefang] Full vs Half duplex

I have inherited a mimedefang server to administer.

The interface card is set to 100Mb half duplex (see below)

Should I change the setting to 100Mb full duplex?

The server is performing OK with the existing settings.
I wonder if I'll break it if I change the duplex setting.
