[Mimedefang] Slave Timeouts

I think it's coincidental.  I haven't noticed any problems with ClamAV 0.88.

If you're seeing this a lot, try running:

   md-mx-ctrl busyslaves

and then using strace, ktrace, truss, or whatever command your system
uses to trace a busy slave.  You need to see what it's doing to figure
out why it's busy.
