[Mimedefang] Spam no detect in SA from MD

Hi,
I received a SPAM and it was not marked as SPAM by MD.
Then, I saved the email as a .eml file and run:
 # spamassassin -p /etc/mail/sa-mimedefang.cf < email.eml
and it was marked as SPAM.

By did not MD get the result from SpamAssassin that the email was a SPAM?
How can I debug MD filter?
