[Mimedefang] Memory Issues adding SpamAssassin Rules

So it's refusing to allocate more than about 98MB.  Are you limiting
slave memory size by any chance?  (Check if you supply the
-R or -M options to the multiplexor.  In our standard init scripts,
the variables are MX_MAX_RSS and MX_MAX_AS.)
