[Mimedefang] Messages with multiple recipients and filter_recipient

I really hope this question makes sense...

I host mail for domains foo.com and bar.com and run the messages for
both domains through the same MD filter.  foo.com has different
filtering requirements than bar.com does and some of the filtering
happens in filter_recipient.  For sake of argument, let's suppose that
foo.com wants RBL checking and bar.com does not.

Now suppose the mail server for xyz.com is listed on an RBL.

If jane at xyz.com sends a message to joe at foo.com and CC's blow at bar.com,
what exactly happens?  What I want is a REJECT for joe at foo.com (because
the server is on an RBL) but filtering to continue for blow at bar.com.

Is this what happens or do I need to do something creative for this
behavior to work?
