[Mimedefang] sa-mimedefang, MD-Qurantine and admin notification problem

I have Mimedefang-2.52 on Fedora4.

Mimedefang does not seem to look at custom rules which I have specified 
in /etc/mail/sa-mimedefang.cf.

Messages just do not get tagged.
Also; I had sent another message on this list about mimedefang not 
quarantining in /var/spool/MD-Quarantine and I still do not get admin 
notifications :(
