Yeah, internally I don't have a greet_pause.

I was just thinking about whether or not to do sender verification, 
sort of like verizon's call-back, with the same functionality ... for 
various reasons I wont, but it occurred to me that this would be 
impacted by the other side doing a greet_pause.
