You should read that more carefully.  Clamav has a working signature: 
his second stanza is from _clamscan_.  The problem is that clamscan 
_will_ find it, but _clamdscan_ doesn't.

That is a perplexing one, but hopefully it's as simple as "freshclam 
updated in between the two runs".
