[Mimedefang] filter by final recipient

Yep.  Sendmail passes all the addresses on to the milter, valid and

Not unless you do alias expansion in your filter.  MIMEDefang gets
whatever was provided in the RCPT TO, even if Sendmail says it's
invalid.
