[Mimedefang] strange spam coming in

If the HTML actually links to the website, a SURBL check will catch it
(assuming it's been submitted), whether there's any other text or not.

If it's *just* an image and the HTML needed to display it, and the image
isn't clickable... well, at least the spammers' prospective customers
have to jump through more hoops.  At that point, blocking images becomes
the only sure solution, but it's a tough policy to implement for, say,
an ISP.
