[Mimedefang] suppress boilerplate

It's not documented, but should be.  In your filter, set
$GeneralWarning to the text you want to appear.  Eg:

$GeneralWarning = "My specific warning preamble:\n";

If you want no preable at all:

$GeneralWarning = "";
