[Mimedefang] SpamAssassin sa_learn?

When I was using SpamAssassin from procmailrc a sa_learn went into my 
$HOME/.spamassassin directory. No I am using MIMEDefang and I don't 
quite understand where the sa_learn stuff should go. I don't think the 
bayes_xxx stuff can be in the $HOME/.spamassassin directory, so where 
and how do I do this. Also what about the auto-whitelist stuff? I am 
going to look at the docs again but didn't see it the first time.
