Hi,

When starting MIMEDefang, I see errors like this in my maillog:

Oct  5 11:14:12 Raydeus-Dee mimedefang-multiplexor[23220]: Slave 0 stderr:
Failed to run meta SpamAssassin tests, skipping some: syntax error at (eval
81) line 295, near ") {" syntax error at (eval 81) line 382, near "; }"

The only change I made recently (a few minutes ago actually) was to change
this line in mimedefang-filter:

action_change_header("Subject", "*****SPAM***** $Subject");

to    action_change_header('Subject', "*****SPAM***** $Subject");

because in http://www.mimedefang.org/node.php?id=21 it looks like Subject
should NOT have the double quotes around it. When I made that change and
restarted Sendmail/MIMEDefang I got other error messages like:

Oct  5 11:10:02 Raydeus-Dee mimedefang-multiplexor[22497]: Slave 0 stderr:
Can't find string terminator "`" anywhere before EOF at
/etc/mail/mimedefang-filter line 352. Compilation failed in require at
/usr/local/bin/mimedefang.pl line 4830.

so I changed that line in mimedefang-filter back the way it was. Now I get
the error message at the top of this email.

Suggestions??

Thanks,

Lisa
