Note that sendmail X is only at version 0.0.0.0. Lots of stuff is not
complete yet. For example, the "policy milter" interface (which is a
replacement for the current milter interface) doesn't allow you to
modify the message. That includes setting custom headers.

This makes most of the functionality in mimedefang pretty useless.
