Oh, boy, do you have problems!! :-)

The path to Sendmail should be something like /usr/sbin/sendmail

For some reason, your installation thinks it is "yes".  Most unfortunately,
there's a UNIX command called "yes"... well, go read the man page and
you'll see why your log is filling with millions of lines...

You need to convince MIMEDefang's "configure" script to find your Sendmail
executable correctly.
