   I wouldn't block based on comparing it with the reverse DNS, but we do
block servers that claim in their HELO to be our mail server's name or IP
address.  We also have code in there that rejects emails with ZIP
attachments unless the HELO is a FQDN, although that is probably no longer
necessary.
