[Mimedefang] OT: greylisting values

This is slightly offtopic, but i know a lot of you are doing greylisting. 
I've been running milter-greylist in test mode, and it's working fine. 
Just wanted to get some ideas on timing values before i turn it on for 
everyone.

How long do you greylist for?  I think 1 minute.
How long to keep greylist entries?  I think 5 days.
How long to whitelist for?  30 days?
I know to greylist the from/to/ip tuple, but do you whitelist the entire 
tuple, or just the IP address?
Do you whitelist just the IP, or the IP's /24 network? (for the mailfarm 
problem).
