[Mimedefang] Problems with MIMEDefang/SpamAssassin after upgrade

I had some problems after a recent upgrade. Removing and reinstalling
everything, including all the Perl modules, still leaves me with one:

This looks like a SpamAssassin problem so I'll post it on that list
too but if anyone has seen this and knows the solution I'd be
grateful to see it.
