[Mimedefang] Adding clamd *after* MD install

In mimedefang-filter, you can call message_contains_virus_clamd() instead 
of message_contains_virus() (and for entity_contains_virus_*).  Or you can 
take a look at where $Features{'Virus:CLAMD'} is defined in 
mimedefang.pl.  Or you can reinstall.
