They keep talking about it, but not doing anything about it.  I suspect
the politicians are afraid of the reaction from our friends down south.

(Though, Canada didn't fight in Iraq and we have gay marriage now, so
I guess Canada isn't doing much to ingratiate itself with the current
US administration anyway. :-))
