[Mimedefang] Reject Spam instead of tag it

I think you want action_bounce and not action_discard.

action_bounce actually does a reject, action_discard accepts the messages and
discards it.

I have defined several other threshholds in addition to the Spamassassin ones
and just check the score in filter_end after running the SA check and if
scores equal to or higher than a specific threshhold I take the appropriate
action. (Tagged as Spam, Possible Spam, Rejected, etc.
