[Mimedefang] Is it yet possible to run clamd (with mimedefang) as adifferent user?

I haven't spent much time at all on FreeBSD,
but on linux (RH specifically), the config files

/usr/local/etc/clamav.conf (default install location)
&&
/usr/local/etc/clamd.conf

have a run as "User" define.  May solve your problem.
