Well, CanIt-PRO won't greylist messages that get split into multiple streams,
so it could be that the streams without hit-and-runs are ones that get spam
as cc's to other people to.

But I expect that spammers will adapt, and that greylisting as we know it
will gradually lose effectiveness.
