The recipient list is indeed available in filter_end - look for @Recipients,
e.g.:

my $reciplist=join(" ", at Recipients);
if ( $reciplist =~ 'spamtrap at mydomain.com' ) || ( $hits >= 10)
  {
  # add to spam corpus
  ...
  }
else
  {
  # add to ham
  ...
  }
