Not to mention there are well over 6 MILLION different recognizable ways to 
obfuscate just the single word... viagra.....

Like has been mentioned, this is what bayesian filtering helps on, content 
filtering based on single word pattern matches will ALWAYS leave you a few 
steps behind the curve.
