[Mimedefang] Block emails with certain words

Create SpamAssassin rules to catch them, or modify existing scores.

But be aware that simple word- or phrase-blocking is ineffective and can
lead to false-positives.  If we blocked "penis" or "viagra", your mail would
have been rejected and you wouldn't have received any help.
