Won't work.  Make sure you invoke mimedefang with the -r flag and
use this:

sub filter_relay ()
    my($hostip, $hostname) = @_;
    if ($hostip eq '127.0.0.1') {
       return ('ACCEPT_AND_NO_MORE_FILTERING', 'ok');
    }
    return ('CONTINUE', 'ok');
}

Note the form of the return value.  You are returning a list of
two *strings*.
