[Mimedefang] Spam with more than one recipient - reject or not?

Tempfail the second of A and B at RCPT time...

HELO... OK
MAIL FROM... OK
RCPT TO: A... OK
RCPT TO: B... 4xx TEMPFAIL B, since B and A have different spam-prefs
DATA... 5xx REJECT Sorry but A thinks that's spammy

later...
HELO... OK
MAIL FROM... OK
RCPT TO: B... OK
DATA... 2xx OK Thanks, B loves it

Drawback?  For legitimate mail addressed to A and B, B's mail is delayed.
