[Mimedefang] permissions and running as root (was hello)

One thing, if you are running SA from Mimedefang then you do not need spamd at
all.

Also, did you go through the changelog and manually correct ALL of the
INCOMPATIBILITY lines that deal with your particular install? I do not think
you want that actually running at all (mimedefang.pl -server) as the
multiplexor is really what you need... I do think the defaults changed too or
the -server was depreciated recently in favor of the multiplexor; from the
changelog:

* Documentation fixes: We don't refer to non-multiplexor mode
	any more, because that mode hasn't been available for ages.


Just a few things to check.
