We use it for internal compliance, including:

A.  Enforcement of mandatory encryption to specified domains including forced
use of recovery key
B.  Automatic archival of all mail to/from specified domains unless specifically
excepted (e.g. personal e-mail)

We have no HIPAA or SOX requirements, being privately held and UK based.
