[Mimedefang] Clamav milter or call from MIMEDefang?

My primary interest was to lower server load. I have already used a few 
of the techniques from the list, but I figured this might help too. I 
dont want to waste time processing with mimedefang if clamav knows it is 
a virus, but I dont want to have to scan in MD all the time to catch 
what gets by the clamav milter. Guess I will scan using both methods and 
have MD log when it finds a virus to see if anything is getting through, 
and maybe switch to just running the clamav milter if all looks good.
