RPM Building fails on my Mandrake (rpm -tb and rpm -bb) : 

%dir /etc/mail/spamassassin should be removed from the mimedefang.spec.* 
files

%config(noreplace) /etc/mail/sa-mimedefang.cf.example should be added
after
%config(noreplace) /etc/mail/sa-mimedefang.cf
