Now there's a terrific idea!  This info can be gleaned from WHOIS:

$ whois roaringpenguin.com

...

   Record created on 19-Mar-1999.

It looks like the granularity is one day, but that's probably OK.  Just
don't accept mail from a domain less than two days old.
