[Mimedefang] Problem with SA config after upgrading

Hi all.

I've just upgraded to SpamAssassin 3.0 and MimeDefang 2.44. Everything
seemed to go OK, but I realized that SpamAssassin is ignoring my
"required_score 9" and "required_hits 9" directive
in /etc/mail/spamassassin/sa-mimedefang.cf, marking messages with more
than 5 hits as spam.

Other configuration directives in this file are properly read and
followed, but this one is not.
